Our services are intended for users located in the United States unless otherwise stated.

About Smart Loan Aid

Smart Loan Aid provides educational, informational, advisory, and assistance services related to federal student loan repayment options.

Our services may include helping consumers understand their federal student loan circumstances, reviewing available federal student loan options, assisting with paperwork or administrative processes, providing educational resources, and helping consumers navigate interactions with student loan servicers, collection agencies, government programs, or third-party service providers.

Smart Loan Aid is not the U.S. Department of Education, Federal Student Aid, a federal or state government agency, or a student loan servicer.

Smart Loan Aid is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Education or any other government agency.

Consumers are not required to hire a private company to access federal student loan programs and may obtain information regarding federal student loan programs directly from the U.S. Department of Education and applicable loan servicers.

No Guarantee of Results

Smart Loan Aid does not guarantee:

● Approval for any repayment plan
● Approval for rehabilitation
● Approval for consolidation
● Loan forgiveness
● Loan cancellation
● A specific monthly payment
● A specific interest rate
● A particular processing timeframe
● A particular outcome from a government agency, servicer, collector, or other third party

Eligibility and final decisions relating to federal student loan programs are determined by the applicable government agency, loan servicer, collection agency, or other authorized party.

Any estimates, illustrations, or explanations provided by Smart Loan Aid are informational and may change based on your circumstances, applicable law, government policy, program requirements, income, family size, loan history, or information maintained by your loan holder.
